History

1983

  • Founded on September 12th by brothers Amerigo and Marcelo Manzato.

1988

  • DYNAMICS launches its first own product, called ER-01 (Pneumatic Quick Release Coupling – Size 1).

1989

  • DYNAMICS begins to manufacture fittings and quick release couplings, becoming known in brazilian hydraulic sector.

1991

  • The company begins to manufacture quick release couplings for cooling molds.

1998

  • The company moves to its current address.

2002

  • Acquiring of the ISO 9001 and QS 9000 certifications by DNV (Det Norske Veritas).

2004

  • DYNAMICS builds its own distribution center in Jundiaí (São Paulo) in December of this year.

2005

  • DYNAMICS exports to the Latin American market for the first time and starts the production of high complexity hydraulic components.

2009

  • DYNAMICS acquires new and modern CNC equipment significantly expanding its production capacity.

2011

  • DYNAMICS launches a new series of catalogs and expands its area of operation, taking part in trade fairs and events in Latin America.

2013

  • The company turns 30 and it is ranked as the largest quick release couplings national manufacturer.

2014

  • Dynamics restructures its assembly area.

2015

  • Implementation of the DYNAMICS PRODUCTION SYSTEM (SDP), based on the Lean Manufacturing concept.

2016

  • DYNAMICS lauches new website and new catalogs.

2017

  • Increase of the internal training of the team of employees through intensive courses in the Dynamics University.

2018

  • The largest investment cycle in the company´s history is approved. Aggressive technological renewal in manufacturing and assembly.

2019

  • Introduction of Six Sigma Philosophy. Training os several specialists in DMAIC Methodology.

2020

  • Even with the COVID-19 scenario, Dynamics significantly enters the North American and European markets for hydraulic quick couplings.

2021

  • The machining areas intensify efforts in management and communication, bringing significant performance improvement in scrap and tool breakage indicators.

2022

  • Taking companies such as Intel and Google as a reference, the OKR's methodology is introduced for prioritizing and monitoring strategic deliveries.
