1º Dynamics Role Play

On the last Friday of August, the main leaders of the Caxias do Sul Unit spent the day at Casa Cinquentenário Coworking to participate in various dynamics mediated by Psychologist Denise Luiza Francisquetti.

For the occasion, the Role Play technique was chosen, which involves simulations or re-enactments of a real event, which refer to everyday situations experienced by Dynamics leaders. In pairs, our managers simulated “10 cases” and later discussed possible improvements that could be addressed in the future in our work environment.

For Mayline Glaeser (Human Resources Coordinator), this type of event can only be built by the high maturity of the Dynamics team. In addition, counting on the measurement of Psychologist Denise Luiza Francisquetti, allowed security for leaders to bring relevant reports, thus enabling the improvement of decision-making processes in our company.
