The following actions are ongoing and aim to reinforce the company's commitment to its social responsibility.
Environmental
- Sustainable products and solutions: a line of Hydraulic Quick Couplings designed to prevent fluid loss during connection and disconnection, avoiding soil contamination.
- Use of a system for chip recycling, oil recovery, and reuse, saving energy, reducing waste, and minimizing environmental impacts.
- Renewable Company Certification: The electricity used is sourced from clean and sustainable sources, produced in wind, solar, biomass, small hydro, and geothermal power plants that do not harm the environment.
Workplace Relations
- Equity and salary equality: an internal career plan focusing on employees' competencies, in a fair and impartial manner, providing promotions and salary recognitions regardless of gender.
- Diversity and Inclusion: recruitment, selection, and retention processes aimed at identifying a diversity of individual characteristics that can add value to the organization's culture: different races, genders, ages, physical limitations, religions, among others. Also, ensuring an inclusive work environment where various cultures, backgrounds, and different ways of thinking feel respected and valued.
- Corporate education: encouraging improvement and professional development through internally conducted courses during working hours.
- Health prevention campaigns: programs aimed at the well-being and quality of life of employees, offering dental care, nutritionist services, vaccination campaigns, and awareness-raising lectures.
- Inclusion of rehabilitated individuals in the selection processes through partnerships and referrals from the local Social Security Institute (INSS).
Social / Philanthropy
- Participation in local community social campaigns and actions by collecting food, warm clothing, school supplies, and toys.
- The company supports initiatives of the "Projeto Pescar," opening its doors to young people who have completed the course and are looking to enter the job market.
