Applications

Main application: used in implements and hydraulic tools. Protects the hydraulic system against contamination and offers no spillage upon disconnection

Main fluid of passage: hydraulic oil

Connection: pushing the male coupling

Disconnection: align the groove of the sleeve with the locking balls, then retract the sleeve

Connection under pressure: not allowed

Interchangeability: ISO 16028 standard, size 3,2 (1/8”) does not follow this standard

Material: high-grade carbon steel with heat treated wear parts (sleeve and nipple)

Surface treatment: zinc nickel plating

Seals: NBR (Nitrile Rubber), Polyurethane and backup ring in PTFE

Working temperature: -25° C (-13° F) to 100° C ( 212° F)
