Benchmarking Visits

Members of the Dynamics Team had the opportunity to visit two reference companies in the application of the Lean Manufacturing philosophy: Braslux (05/19/22) and Legrand (06/06/22). During events, which were attended by members of the Direction, Product Engineering and Assembly areas, it was possible to identify opportunities for improvement in Dynamics' manufacturing management. Decision escalation activities, productivity controls and team involvement in problem solving are some of the main references pointed out by Team Dynamics as practices that can be replicated in our company.

As mentioned by Ms. Taisa Silveira (Assembly Coordinator), the visits inspired us to rethink our routines and, in a practical way, enhance better communication in the search for assertive solutions.
