Benchmarking visit – Stihl (São Leopoldo)

This Monday (09/13/21), Dynamics leaders had the privilege of getting to know the industrial structure of Stihl, a company located in the city of São Leopoldo - RS. Mr. Edson Metz, Mr. Bernardo Barros and Mr. Mateus Machado presented initiatives in the areas of Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing and Quality that allowed significant productivity gains, as well as greater stability in the manufacturing processes.

For Mr. Fabio Manzato, General Manager of Dynamics, the SPS (Stihl Production System) is a reference of the best practices adopted in Lean Manufacturing and a source of inspiration for the improvement of Dynamics. It's fantastic to witness Stihl's growth and at the same time realize the discipline in maintaining several management tools simultaneously.
