Benchmarking Visit - FNA (National Factory of Shock Absorbers)

In the search for the continuous improvement of its manufacturing processes, Dynamics leaders are encouraged to receive companies that can provide a rich exchange of experiences, as well as identify new opportunities that can bring a competitive advantage to our organization. The so-called "Benchmarking Visits" were suspended amid the COVID-19 Pandemic, in order to preserve the safety and health of our employees.

Given the reduction in the number of cases of COVID-19 and the advancement of vaccination in our state, last Thursday we resumed this practice that fills us with pride and at the same time gives us ideas for continuous improvement actions for our company. On the occasion, we received FNA (National Shock Absorber Factory), a long-time strategic partner, through the presence of Carlos Sartor, João Igor Loff and Elton Souza. Leaders from the Quality and Engineering areas (Meyre Guterres and Joatan de Lima) talked about issues such as Dimensional Controls, Setup Release, OEE Measurement and the Andon System used in the Dynamics Machining Process.
