On October 16, at the initiative of Dynamics' Human Resources and Occupational Safety Team, all employees were invited to wear pink and blue clothes. At the entrance of the company, colored masks were delivered, emphasizing the importance of preventive exams for these tumors, which are among the main causes of death worldwide.

According to Fabiane Cardoso, Occupational Safety Technician, studies show that early diagnosis allows for a cure in more than 90% of cases of breast and prostate cancer. At this time of social isolation and fear of looking for health institutions, it is important to reinforce the relevance of such exams, otherwise we could lose many lives.
