In 1983, the year Dynamics was founded, Andrew S. Grove (CEO of Intel) released the book High Output Management, a work that provides important lessons on high performance management in one of the most innovative and expressive technology companies in the world. Andrew S. Grove was recognized as one of the skillful managers of his generation, later being called the Father of OKR by John Doerr (Author of Measure What Matters).

This morning, Mr. Marcelo Alves (WB Consultoria) brought together the main leaders of Dynamics' Caxias Unit to explain how we should define each of our main objectives for 2024, and through alignment with the Manzato Family, use the OKRs tool (Objectives and Key Results) as an instrument for prioritizing our initiatives.

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Fabio Manzato (CEO - Manzato Group) shared the Investment Plan for 2024 and highlighted the importance of aligning our Values (Objectives) with the Key Results that will be defined by the second half of February 2024.
