Representativeness and optimism are present at SENAI's graduation ceremony

On July 14, at SESI Sports Center, in Caxias do Sul – RS, students from the Industrial Design, Industrial Machine Maintenance Mechanic and Machining Mechanic courses at SENAI Nilo Peçanha took place.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Fábio Manzato, General Manager of Dynamics, as "paraninfo" (class Patron and Advisor) for the trainees. On the occasion, the executive, in his speech, emphasized the importance of perseverance, pursuit of goals and passion for exercising the profession. According to Fábio, “differentiated professionals will always have space in the job market.”

The ceremony was also distinguished by the articulate speeches of the class speakers and marked a significant portion of female students among the graduates. Areas of activity that were once male-dominated today have a practically equal number of both genders. A very welcome representation.
