2022 Dynamics' Quality Awards

In September Dynamics reached the second tier in it's Quality Award program, and due to the goals achieved, awards were drawn to employees as described in the incentive specifications.

Dynamics believes that the workers are a fundamental part for the success of the products in meeting the needs of the customers. Assured quality is not only based on results, but also on valuing people and processes. Based on this thought the Quality Award program was launched. The objective of this project is to encourage employees to maintain a quality of excellence in the processes in which they are responsible and, consequently, to maintain customer indicators within the expected quality performance goals.

All employees can participate in this program, as long as they have worked for at least 30 days during the drawing period. We understand that without exception, we are all gears to meet the quality parameters required by the market in which we operate.
