Satisfaction Survey 2021

In compliance with the Security Protocol against COVID 19, a series of meetings took place on February 17 and 18, where the results achieved in 2020 were presented, as well as the main initiatives that will be worked on in the 2021 year by Dynamics team. To achieve such results, in the midst of the turbulent moment we live in, we took the first initiative to listen to all Dynamics members through the 2021 Satisfaction Survey. This important tool will be able to identify points of improvement in our operation, as well as reinforce initiatives that, in the understanding of many, has contributed to our sustainable growth.

According to the Human Resources Coordinator, Andressa Pereira, Dynamics has the largest number of employees in its history, as a result of the work of a dedicated and committed team. Our challenge will be to share with the new members of our family the importance of values such as Quality in the supply of Products and Services. We are preparing for greater challenges and we count on everyone's involvement and help!
