Pink October
In the 1990s, some American states adopted the month of October as a milestone for promoting breast cancer prevention campaigns. Seeing the positive repercussion of the event, the National Congress formalized the period for the entire national territory. Since then, other countries have adopted a similar practice in order to reduce the high mortality rate, which is achieved as preventive tests are carried out.
Recognizing the importance of this issue, the Female Leaders of Dynamics, a company that has more than 50% of its staff made up of women, decided to make a simple gesture of dressing in pink to rescue the importance of the theme and clarify the importance of preventive actions aimed at the preservation of the health of our colleagues.
