Vocational Guidance for Minor Apprentices

Concerned about the professional future of Dynamics Junior Apprentices, Ms. Anna Victória Lazari Aguiar, Psychology student at FSG and member of the Human Resources Department at Dynamics, designed, with the support of Psychologist Bruna Pacheco Tessari (CRP: 07/30609), a supervised internship project for monitoring and vocational guidance.

The main objective of this initiative was to promote reflection on the professional future of the 5 participants, 3rd year high school students in schools in Caxias do Sul, who receive financial support from Dynamics to carry out technical courses at times opposite to school activities. During 5 meetings, activities such as listening and self-knowledge dynamics were applied, such as: family tree techniques, incomplete questions, drawings and the performance of the AIP Test (Assessment of Professional Interests).

For Miss. Anna Victória Lazari Aguiar, this type of initiative allows our young people to make conscious choices, through assertive dialogue about the abilities and expectations of each student. Psychologist Bruna Pacheco Tessari highlights that carrying out this project is a way of connecting the company with its apprentices, ensuring that it contributes to their professional future and even retains great talent for Dynamics.
