8th Class of the Reading Group: “Hire and Keep the Best People” (Brian Tracy)

Between the months of August 2022 to February 2023, thirteen Dynamics leaders met every two weeks to discuss the lessons learned while reading the book “Hire and Keep the Best People” by Brian Tracy. In this edition, Manufacturing and Human Resources leaders were able to share reflections on the 21 chapters that addressed important teachings on the “Recruitment & Selection” process.

Anna Aguiar (Responsible for the Recruitment & Selection Process at Dynamics) contributed her experience, allowing each leader to expose their expectations in the search for hiring and retaining professionals for the Manufacturing area. As he pointed out in one of the meetings: “Aligning the expectations of each candidate with the work environment of our company is a challenge that requires commitment and dedication from our leaders, who will allow for adequate reception and at the same time assess whether the candidate is aligned with the values of our company.”
