In Rio Grande do Sul, the state where Dynamics Quick Release Couplers is headquartered, women are affectionately called “Gurias”. And on this International Women's Day it is necessary to recognize the effort and dedication of our girls.

For more than two decades, our company has recognized the potential of women, who pay special attention to Quality, our main pillar in the supply of products and services. Today 58% of the company's professional staff is composed of women and 42% of the main leadership positions are allocated by "gurias" who work in strategic areas of our organization such as Sales, Quality, PCP, Human Resources, Controllership, Assembly, Finance, among other important sectors.

According to the Director of Dynamics, Mr. Amerigo Manzato, it is a privilege to count on the strength of women in our operation.
