New Optical Equipment

Among the main values of Dynamics is the continuous technological renewal of machines and equipment. For this reason Dynamics has a close relationship with its suppliers in the search for resources that can bring versatility and productivity to its complex manufacturing.

This week, the installation of the new MarShaft SCOPE 750 Plus equipment from the Marh company (a German company that is one of the main global references in the manufacture of equipment in the metrology area) is taking place. This equipment is an optical axis gauge. Fully automated, it allows extremely fast measurements, including circularity, using the Y (vertical) axis through an optical system and touch. This way measurements that would take minutes on projection equipment can be performed in seconds on the MarShaft SCOPE 750 Plus.

According to Meyre Guterres (Quality Supervisor), this equipment will reinforce the equipment of our modern Metrology Laboratory and, consequently, we will increase our speed in the release of machined components, whether for setup or production.
