New Machining Center - Fanuc Robodrill

One of Dynamics' main values is the continuous renewal of its machinery and equipment park, as new technologies provide productivity gains and improved performance of manufactured products. Thus, the decision was taken to acquire the first machining center for Dynamics, and for that we chose the FANUC Robodrill - Advanced Series, equipment with simultaneous 5-axis machining, equipped with a 5th Axis NIKKEN (Direct Drive). Among its main features, this machine has high speed in the drilling processes and fast advances in the machining process.

This project had the technical support of several partners, who brought suggestions for the appropriate choice by Dynamics. Our thanks for everyone's effort and attention, especially to Mr. Elvis Pretto and Mr. Rubem Malandrin Jr. (Mitsui Motion), Mr. Sidnei Cunico (BR Máquinas), Mr. Leandro Leyser (Leysertech), Mr. Osmar Takeuchi ( Lyndex Nikken), Mr. Jader Madalosso (ACC Machines and Devices), Mr. Edison Ignacio (NC Tec), Mr. Adalberto Moraes (Machsystem), Mr. Celso Pavanella (Cobsen), Mr. Rafael Soares (Spheric) and Mr. Francisco Castro, who spared no effort for the success of this project.
