New server area and call center modernization are highlights in Dynamics infrastructure

Dynamics' technology renewal policy is not only focused on its factory machinery, but on all areas of the company.
Following this practice, since the beginning of October, the industry in Caxias do Sul has had a brand new and modern call center and a server that now operates in a room specially adapted to the needs of the equipment.

Among the series of improvements carried out, we highlight the room equipped with a flame-retardant structure, raised floor against possible flooding, structured cabling, enabling greater agility in maintenance and problem identification and greater performance in internal data transfer thanks to the use of optical fiber.

The new call center is the result of the migration from the traditional PABX to the IP PABX standard. This system, in addition to functioning as a traditional PABX, features VoIP (voice over IP) technology, in which all voice and data traffic is carried out via the internet, thus ensuring greater stability and control. The new format makes it possible to manage and configure online in an easy and agile way, where all central management is done through a friendly and interactive web platform, in addition to greater speed, reliability and zero cost between the company's units.

For Gustavo Vargas, responsible for the IT sector at Dynamics, two of the major advances with the server installations are the centralization of the telephone exchange and IT structure in a single room and the temperature control that issues alerts. “Thanks to this facility, it is possible to change the room temperature from anywhere in the company”, declared Gustavo.
