Industry 4.0: Dynamics and IEMCA Partnership for Productivity

Industry 4.0 is a recent concept for most companies, which promises to revolutionize the way industrial processes are carried out. It is a concept presented and generated by the German government, based on the updating and improvement of technologies implemented in current technology company models.

The idea is to computerize the processes, so that there is the possibility of creating an independent and intelligent company. Independence is in the sense that it generates itself, through immersive technologies and cutting-edge artificial intelligence. The issue of intelligence itself is due to the focus on speed and integration of resources, machines, systems and assets. In this way, the company develops an environment with intelligent networks. Therefore, all that integration between machines and intelligent systems, mentioned above, will make all the difference. The processes will be carried out in the format that the customer needs and seeks, ensuring the fulfillment of their preferences.

For Dynamics, however, the concept is nothing new, having been implemented for years at various levels of the company. One of the responsible factors is the partnership with the Italian company IEMCA. Today, Dynamics has in its manufacturing area more than 50 fully automated feeders produced by the leading company in the segment.

According to Amerigo Manzato, Director of Dynamics, “The Dynamics and IEMCA relationship transcends the simple client/supplier partnership. The acquisition of IEMCA feeders goes back to the beginnings of the company and was a fundamental factor in increasing productivity and adding value to our company's products".
