Reading Group

One of Dynamics' five core values is “Empowered people are the agents of our achievements”. For this reason, it is essential that as our company grows, our leaders are aligned for the continuous technical and behavioral training of their teams. In this way, during 2020, a Reading Group was set up with the participation of members from the Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement areas. The book used in the study was “Your First Leadership Position” by authors Tacy M. Byham and Richard S. Wellins and was recommended by Psychologist Janay Caon Pieruccini, who has been guiding Dynamics' Management in the process of developing and training people.

According to Fábio Manzato, General Manager of Dynamics, this project was conducted using the Cumbuca Method, widely disseminated by Vicente Falconi. The habit of reading has transformed our leaders and the exchange of ideas during our meetings strengthens our relationship and commitment. It is a privilege to join this group and receive positive feedback from this type of initiative. May we have new reading meetings in 2021.
