Graduation of the 1st Class of Green Belts (Six Sigma Specialists)

On February 25th, the presentation of the practical projects of the training course for specialists in the Six Sigma tool took place at Xeque-Mate Escape Game. During the training, 8 teams were set up with the objective of applying the DMAIC methodology in the search for the solution of highly complex problems that penalize the performance of our manufacturing. During five hours, the participants shared information about their projects, accompanied by the supervision of the Master Black Belt – Eng. Clovis Weissheimer (WSigma). At the end of the event, 16 professionals from different areas of Dynamics were certified Green Belts and are able to apply statistical tools to solve problems.

 

After certification, all participants were invited to participate in an “Escape Game”, a game where groups are locked in a themed room and have 60 minutes to uncover clues and, through communication, solve problems. There was also a moment where they could taste gourmet hamburgers and exchange experiences on a day of many emotions and achievements.

 

According to Márcio Manzato, Process Engineering Coordinator at Dynamics, the DMAIC Methodology and the static tools presented during the training will allow us to solve problems in our manufacturing. The construction of a multidisciplinary group that works in a harmonious way will be able to maximize our results and offer adequate solutions to the demanding market of hydraulic components. Congratulations to the new Green Belts and success in their new challenges.
