Controil and Randon executives visit Dynamics facilities

On August 9, Dynamics received at its manufacturing plant, a team of executives from Randon companies, formed by Waldyr Schneider - Industrial Manager, Jairo Haubert - Production Coordinator, Juliano Hartmann - Engineering Coordinator (Controil Breakes) and Felipe Luís Mandelli - Operational Excellence Manager (Randon Autoparts).

The purpose of the visit was to get to know Dynamics' facilities and production processes, in a benchmarking on the organization, cleanliness and lean manufacturing system adopted by the company.

According to Amerigo Manzato, director of Dynamics: “Dynamics is proud that companies as traditional as Randon Autopeças and Controil Breakes consider us as a reference in production processes. It is a clear indication that the implementation of the SDP (Dynamics Production System) has yielded valuable results.”
