Dynamics Team Conducts Benchmarking Visit to Bosch Rexroth

On April 23, 16 members from different areas of Dynamics visited the Bosch Rexroth factory, located in the city of Pomerode – SC.

At this meeting, some of Dynamics' main leaders were able to learn about the entire manufacturing process of hydraulic products, as well as the practices and tools that made Bosch Rexroth a reference as a manufacturing company in the global market. Dynamics has been a supplier to Bosch Rexroth since 2017 and participates in a meticulous supplier qualification process called 14 Quality Principles. As part of this training, Dynamics leaders were able to seek knowledge from Bosch as a way to make their manufacturing, logistics and quality processes more robust.

 

According to Mrs. Meyre Guterres, Quality Coordinator at Dynamics, this specific sector of the company has been the target of investments in new and modern equipment in recent years, as well as courses for professional training such as the Six Sigma methodology, always aiming at the continuous improvement of its employees. Now, the big challenge will be to instill new tools that make it possible to maximize productivity and reduce waste. For this, benchmarking visits and constant training will be the main pillars to achieve this goal.
