Dynamics Strategic Meeting 2023

The main leaders of Dynamics (Caxias do Sul Unit) met on 12/08/2022 to define the priorities of the Strategic Planning for 2023. During the morning, the results of the last quarter of 2022 were presented, followed by sharing the main objectives and key results that will be addressed through the OKRs methodology in 2023.

In the afternoon, Mr. Jaime Wagner (Powerself), shared rich teachings on time management and productivity incorporation methods, which will be relevant in the face of the challenges and objectives established by the team.

The Human Resources Coordinator (Mrs. Mayline Glaeser) emphasized the importance of these strategic alignment meetings, as all leaders are clear about the priorities to be addressed and can thus mutually help each other in the continuous improvement of our company.
