The work, wich initiated in 2013, were completed in January and the sector is operating at full-capacity. Among the structural improvements, we highlight the new mounting devices, modern and larger tables and the air-conditioning environment.
The restructuring of the area was based on projects to optimize the assembly process and reduce time out of each piece, resulting in a significant operating profit for the company. Employees widely approved changes in the sector because the workplace has become more organized, clean and comfortable. Excellent results for the company, employees and customers.
