Dynamics and the Six Sigma concept
The Six Sigma Concept is a set of practices initially developed by MOTOROLA and consolidated worldwide by GENERAL ELECTRIC with the aim of systematically improving a company's processes in order to allow the elimination of errors through the application of statistical process techniques. A company with Six Sigma performance has a tremendous differential that makes it a reference in the market.
Always attentive to the need for improvement, DYNAMICS again bets on the training of its employees, starting internally the training of FAIXA VERDE (Green Belt). It is about the development of a group, with the necessary knowledge to conduct projects to improve industrial processes of medium complexity, using the Six Sigma methodology. After 3 months of intense training, this team will be responsible for projects that will lead Dynamics to a new reality in terms of quality and production processes. This initiative was customized by the Quality area of DYNAMICS with the support of WSigma Training and Consulting.
