Dynamics is once again a benchmark in production processes

On November 11, Dynamics once again welcomed at its manufacturing plant a mix of professionals from different companies of the Randon Group, with the objective of benchmarking the Dynamics Production System (SDP) focusing especially on organization, indicators, internal communication and the lean manufacturing system.

Professionals from Suspensys, Fras-Le and Master visited Dynamics premises, absorbing information about the company's internal processes and proving the commitment to manufacturing systems and the effectiveness of the SDP to date.

According to Amerigo Manzato, Director of Dynamics: “Our Production System is eternally changing. Just as we seek constant quality in the final product, we are always researching and experimenting with ways to improve our production processes. And again we are honored to be a reference for other such traditional companies”.
