Dynamics adopts videos as an Endomarketing tool

Adopting an internal marketing strategy is essential to keep the company's environment healthy, engage employees, in addition to maintaining an alignment of the values and ideals that the company follows.

And one of the trends that has arrived to assist in internal business communication is the possibility of including videos in the companies' internal marketing strategy.

Since June, Dynamics employees have a new information channel during lunch hours. The project, conceived by the Marketing sector, in partnership with the Human Resources Sector, sought to make internal communication more effective, since not everyone is in the habit of checking the traditional internal wall of the company in search of news. With televisions located in the company's restaurant and manufacturing area, the new video channel focuses on various subjects such as institutional materials, campaigns, agenda and newsletters, with the main objective of clear dissemination of information and engagement by the entire team of employees.
