New Leadership Development
Following the success of the first Leadership Development Training held in November of last year, a second training was held during March and April of this year, covering both professionals who participate in the reading group and other leaders who were unable to participate in the first training.
The training was again given by Psychologist Janay Pieruccini, with a total workload of 12 hours. Four meetings were held on topics such as Communication, Self-knowledge, CHA (Competence, Skills and Attitudes), Feedback and Conflict Management. The expectation is that there is a correct alignment of initiatives between the strategic and tactical levels of the organization.
