Leadership Development

During the month of November, the main leaders of Dynamics (Caxias Unit) had the opportunity to participate in meetings with Psychologist Janay Pieruccini, where topics such as: Self-knowledge, Cooperation, Communication, CAA (Competence, Abilities and Attitudes), Feedback, among others.

These were moments of important reflection, where leaders were able to share difficulties, as well as explain about experiences they had with peers and members of their teams. It was a consensus at the end of the course that resuming face-to-face training on such relevant topics was important for leaders, especially due to the enormous challenges that the pandemic has brought in the last two years.
