Flu Vaccination Campaign at Dynamics

SESI-RS annually operates the Influenza Vaccination Campaign on the premises of the industries. The objective is to reduce workers' sick leave due to the flu, a disease with a relevant economic and social impact on the individual, family and society. Vaccination is the main preventive intervention against influenza in public health.

At the beginning of each year, the Public Notice is published in the main printed communication vehicles in the state, covering all the criteria for the participation of industries, in addition to the period of the in-company campaign.

Dynamics, a reference company in the production of quick couplings in Brazil, is carrying out its internal vaccination campaign for the seventh consecutive year in partnership with SESI. In addition to preventing the spread of diseases and benefiting the worker's quality of life, vaccination brings an obvious advantage to the company as a whole, avoiding sick leave and, of course, reducing productivity.

A simple preventive action that, in Dynamics' view, benefits everyone: company, employees and family members.
