The arrival of the Multispindle Index MS40-8 celebrates another decade of technological advances from Dynamics

“Constant Technological Renewal”. One of the values that guided Dynamics since its foundation and, according to Amerigo Manzato, Director of the company, one of the key factors in maintaining competitiveness. Always being attentive to new technologies and equipment and choosing the best options to compose the industrial park are pillars for which Dynamics has become the largest manufacturer of quick coupling in South America.

This relentless pursuit of state-of-the-art equipment was made even more successful with the installation of the new Index MS40-8 Multispindle Turning Center.
The equipment, manufactured in Germany by INDEX Traub, a longtime partner of Dynamics, is a phenomenon of productivity and precision. Capable of machining 2 parts at the same time, the MS40-8 features 8 spindles and 2 counter spindles, which significantly reduce machining time. Versatile and robust, the new equipment can be programmed for variable speeds for each spindle and supports higher density raw materials, which until now were incompatible with multi-axis machines.

The acquisition of the Multispindle MS40-8 ends a decade of continuous renovation of Dynamics equipment and already anticipates a new era of even better performance, speed and quality in the company's machining.

“We have a new star in the house. Now let's put it at the service of our customers.” commented Amerigo Manzato, with the pride that reveals more than 40 years in the metallurgical field and the enthusiasm of a young man who has just finished machining his first part.
